Hello! I'm Sarah, born and raised in the Central PA area. I'm a wife and mother of three which can be a rewarding yet challenging journey. Balancing the demands of family life with military service can be tough, but it also teaches the importance of resilience and adaptability. I’ve realized that in our fast-paced world, it's essential to embrace a slower way of living. This means taking the time to enjoy the little moments—whether it's sharing a meal together, playing outside, or simply having a heartfelt conversation. By prioritizing our health and well-being, I aim to set a positive example for my children, instilling in them the values of mindfulness and appreciation for life. Together, we are learning to slow down, savor our experiences, and create lasting memories that will enrich our lives for years to come.
